Cancellation policy

For COSI in-person trainings or online trainings with live zoom meetings

• No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the start of the training. However the registration can be transferred once to a future training.
• A full refund will be honored on any cancellation request submitted at least 30 days prior to the start of the training.

For COSI self-paced trainings and materials

• No refunds

For myCOS Premium:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by submitting a ticket on our Contact Us page. 

1. Cancellation Process

When you cancel, your premium membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.

2. Refunds

myCOS Premium fees are non-refundable. If you cancel during a billing period, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of that period, but no prorated refund will be provided.

3. Automatic Renewal

myCOS Premium automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your premium membership before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

4. Changes to the Policy
COSI reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated through the service or other appropriate means.
