A few questions you might have

What happens to my free streaming access?

Free streaming access ends October 1, 2026 — the same date Founding Member pricing on myCOS Premium closes. To keep uninterrupted access to the video series, choose one of the options above before then.

Is this the same as myCOS Premium?

No. Standalone streaming and the DVD are the video series on its own. Premium is a separate professional community — forums, Office Hours, and CEU-eligible development hours — that happens to include the video series as one of its benefits.

Will streaming auto-renew?

No — nothing renews automatically, on credit card or otherwise. Each plan is a one-time purchase; to keep continuous access, repurchase it yourself before it expires (every year for the 1-year tier, every 3 months for the 3-month tier). We also accept invoice, bank transfer, PO, and check — access is granted once payment is received in full.

Can we have one shared agency login?

No. Training histories and contracts are tied to individual facilitators, so an organizational license or shared login isn't available. Agencies can pay for streaming via invoice or credit card, but each seat is tied to that facilitator's own myCOS account.

We have staff who facilitate on a rotating basis, not year-round. What's the most cost-effective option?

The 3-month plan is usually the best fit for rotating staff. It's purchased by each facilitator directly today — if you need to arrange multiple passes for your team at once, contact us.
