Common reasons why your record didn't sync:

1. We have a different email for you on file than the one you just used to create this account. We can help you update this, and clear any duplicate records that are now in our system.
2. We have an incomplete training history record for you. It’s possible that a piece of information is missing, especially if your COSP training was prior to 2019.
