Cassandra Button is the founder and lead consultant at Sprouts Consultancy, bringing over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and leadership. A passionate advocate for relational and reflective practice, Cassandra is certified in both the Circle of Security® Parenting™ and Circle of Security – Classroom Approach, supporting educators and families to better understand and respond to children’s emotional needs.
With a calm, practical approach, Cassandra works closely with early learning services to embed secure relationships at the heart of their practice. She believes that when educators feel seen and supported, they’re better equipped to nurture emotionally resilient children.
