Summary

A no-charge 20-minute Meet & Greet consultation is provided to learn of your therapy focuses and discuss client-counsellor goals and suitability.

Personal Development Counselling
– Individuals seeking self-care opportunities to re-connect with their authentic self, identify relationship patterns with others, address past trauma, daily challenges, and design-your-own Plan A, B and C back up plans for the days you are feeling stuck, unsure and need to look to yourself to get through your day.

Disability-Related Counselling
– Denise has experience in working within Australian’s National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) sector. Her role included supporting both NDIS and Non-NDIS families to build their confidence around navigating NDIS procedures, to access the NDIS scheme, report/assessment analysis, developing SMART goals, requesting NDIS Plan funding on behalf of participant-families, connecting to community, mainstream, NDIS services, and more. Denise’s passion has been redirected towards supporting individuals and caregivers with their disability & wellbeing needs through a Counselling & Psychotherapy lens.

Workshop Facilitator
– Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) is an attachment-based reflective program developed to educate our caregivers in understanding the relationships they hold with important children in their lives. Upon reflection, allows to review a connection, which provides great opportunity for important change. Not only does an attachment develop between child and caregiver, but also with our pets, colleagues, friends, and community members. Denise provides in-person, online group workshops of up to 5 for those newly intrigued, seeking a refresher course or wishing to explore relationship attachments over 8 x 1:1 counselling sessions.
