If you are a mum, dad, grandparent or other care giver who wants to better understand the needs of a child and how you can be the best version of yourself for them and you then you have found an excellant program to help you do that.

If you are a professional who is supporting children, parents or care givers and are attempting to source a recognised program that is backed by credible research and evidence, and enables caregivers to understand a childs cues, emotional and behavioural needs you have identified the right one.

The last 20 years of my career has been in designing and managed government procured services, managing teams who have delivered whole family services that has included, family court, separation, substance missuse, child protection, offending behaviour and more.

I have qualifications in psychotherapy, coaching, as a restorative practitioner and COSP. I also have others which including teaching, business management, safeguarding and more. (All my education has been in relation to a longstanding career and relatable to the contract needs).

Ethics and Values

I believe that mums, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings play a crucial role in a childs life and development, I have no gender, cultural or faith based bias. There is no such thing as a perfect parent or perfect human being and as long as a child is not being harmed and a care giver is aiming to be the best version of themselves I will use all the skills and knowledge available to support care givers in achieving their goals in facilitating the COSP Program.

For families who are currently receiving support or interventions from other professionals, my background in services, my knowledge and experience in working in a multidisciplinary environment will benefit you in understanding your journey and needs.
