Find-A-Facilitator

I am a counsellor and family therapist that have been primarily working with children, young people, parents and caregivers to strengthen their connection with each other. I believe that human beings are hard-wired for connection. As a complex trauma counsellor/therapist working with children in foster/kinship care arrangements, I have seen the impact of relational rupture in a different light, therefore I am passionate in facilitating repair to rupture before too late. I can facilitate COSP in group or individual setting, depending on your needs. Weekends and evening sessions can also be arranged.

I enjoy a living in Truckee, CA, where my private practice is located. My specialties include individual teen therapy, consultation with parents of teens, and individual therapy for adults. It is exciting for me to be a part of your journey. I am also fascinated by early attachment theory, thus my interest in Circle of Security Parenting. I love the COSP model for all caregivers, and especially young mothers. I have been incorporating COSP in supporting adolescents and their parents in my practice. I can facilitate evening or weekend groups as needed.
