The program focuses on mothers that are under the age of 25, COSP will assist the parents to build on a positive attachment with their child/ren. I will deliver the program over approximately 8-10 weeks during the arranged home visit.

I am a certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor, qualified teacher (Secondary) and Somatic Based Trauma informed Yoga Instructor.
I run the Circle of Security course in either groups of up to 12 or 1:1. I also provide education to school teachers and kindergarten teachers.
I currently run the Circle of Security course from both the Tarwin Lower Community health centre or Banksia Centre in Wonthaggi, Australia or online via Telehealth.
I believe in providing holistic occupational therapy support for my clients by providing education and experiential strategies for emotional regulation ( with the option of trauma informed yoga/ meditation strategies and CBT strategies).
