Laura Gordon, LCSW-C, is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of children, teens, and young adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and related conditions. Laura earned her Master in Social Work degree from Indiana University in 2016, and has been providing psychotherapy to children and adolescents ever since.
Laura is trained extensively in CBT, E/RP, and child-centered play therapy. She also has expertise in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, a modality which engages children ages 0-6 who have experienced trauma and their caregivers. She has led groups of foster parents in Circle of Security parenting.
Laura offers individual psychotherapy as well as parent consultation. She cares deeply about her clients and fosters warm, meaningful connections with them, helping them to achieve their therapy goals and live up to their potential.
