I specialize in utilizing evidence-based psychotherapy to treat women and birthing people diagnosed with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and those experiencing psychological distress related to infertility, perinatal loss, and parenting issues. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Behavioral Activation (BA), Circle of Security and The Mind-Body Program for Fertility. I am the former program director of the Women’s Behavioral Health Program at Allegheny Network, where I facilitated many Circle of Security Parenting groups and used the program with individuals and couples. In addition to in person sessions in Pittsburgh, PA, I am able to provide teletherapy in participating states pursuant to PSYPACT Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) under the PSYPACT Commission E. Passport Mobility Number 15679 (includes PA, OH, WV and 34 additional states)
