I have been a COSP facilitator for one year and have been a co-facilitator for three years. My practice is very real and conversation/story based. This helps make me relatable. I approach my practice from an inclusive lens and work hard at creating safe spaces for ALL. My practice is also dedicated to building the capacity of parents & caregivers for sustainable growth.

I use COSP everyday! It is a constant in my world not only in my career but in my personal life. I use COSP as a reminder for self-reflection and to ask myself those tough questions like “why am I uncomfortable with my child’s specific emotion?” but also to remind me that I, as a parent, am enough and am doing my best. I also use it as a teaching tool for others in my life – if they want to know more – as well as a way of allowing myself and my child to grow and learn together.

I am fully comfortable and equipped to facilitate to any parents including individuals who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+.
