CURRENTLY ON LEAVE – As an Intensive Family Preservation Social Worker, I use the COSP to support parents to build their relationship and understanding of their children. The COSP sessions are held with parents during home visits allowing parents who are uncomfortable in group settings to still engage with the program. I also encourage parents to engage in groups with other parents if their mental health and schedule allows. I am looking to develop my practice facilitating group sessions through volunteering in the community.
