I have been facilitating Circle of Security for 5 years. I have sessions available evenings, weekends and daytime. I offer classes online via ZOOM and in person.

I facilitate Circle of Security Program with parents and 1:1 sessions.

I have been a Child & Family Therapist for the past 12 years. All of my work is based on the research of neurobiology and the science of attachment. I facilitate therapy using the following evidence-based modalities: Circle of Security Parenting, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (IoWA Model), Child Parent Psychotherapy, Mulit-Dimensional Family Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I provide COSP groups virtually and in person, via my agency, The Attachment & Trauma Center of Nebraska. I can be reached at jayna@atcnebraska.com.

I am a registered psychologist who specialises in perinatal psychology and early parenting support. I see expectant and new parents, up until your youngest child is 3 years old. As a trained COSP facilitator, I incorporate the principles of COS into my therapeutic work with clients, but also engage clients in either individual or group work with the full COS reflective parenting program. I offer individual or group COS programs in the evenings in Australia, to ensure more clients can attend. Its also great to have both parents attend the session, so I welcome both Mum and Dad, birthing partner and non-birthing partner.

As a home visitor I use this program for individual and group sessions. I’m open to facilitating in other ways as well. I offer in person and virtual.

We provide online Circles of Security Classes with a new class starting each month. Use the URL listed to learn more about our classes and to register. We will provide in person classes at our facility or in another facility to accommodate groups in specific neighborhoods as requested. We offer both daytime and evening classes. Parents with children from birth through teenagers are invited to attend. There is much to learn from Circles of Security no matter the age of your child!

I facilitate COSP once per term at the local family center where we meet parents with children aged 0-6. Families in this area of the city are from all over the world and come from many different backgrounds and socioeconomic status. I have experience facilitating COSP both on site and online.
